1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of viweb.cc and any websites, tools, or services provided by viweb (“viweb”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using viweb, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

viweb is an AI-powered website builder that lets you describe a website and generates, hosts, and publishes it on your behalf. Features, templates, and AI capabilities may change over time as we improve the product.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until cancelled.
• Payments are processed by our third-party payment processors, Stripe and/or Paddle. By subscribing, you also agree to the applicable processor's terms.
• Where Paddle is the Merchant of Record, your purchase contract for that transaction is with Paddle.com Market Limited, acting as reseller of viweb's services.
• Prices may change with advance notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you provide to build your website (text, images, business information). You grant viweb a license to host, display, and process that content solely to provide the service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use viweb to:

• Publish unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or harmful content.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• Resell or sublicense the service without our written consent.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Domains and hosting

Where viweb provides hosting and SSL for a Client Site, this is conditioned on an active subscription. If a subscription lapses or is cancelled, we may take the associated site offline after a reasonable notice period. Custom domains you connect remain your property.

8. Intellectual property

The viweb platform, including its software, design, and AI models, is owned by viweb and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to viweb's trademarks or underlying technology beyond what is necessary to use the service.

9. Disclaimers

viweb is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for every purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, viweb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using viweb and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of viweb after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
